fraudulent activities on Shadi.Today, as per explicit instructions from these
authorities.

report any fraudulent activities or misuse, please Contact US immediately with full details
of the case.

1.Shadi.Today maybe your personal
platform for matchmaking which legally bounds you as per following terms
i.
This
Agreement outlines the legally enforceable conditions for your use of the site
and membership.
ii.
Please
note that this Agreement may be revised from time to time.
iii.
The
rights and privileges of membership are exclusive.
iv.
This
Terms of Use is in compliance with Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology
(Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
v.
To
access the Shadi.Today Service, you must
register as a member on the website / mobile applications / community site.
Shadi.Today is an intermediary as defined under sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of
the Information Technology Act 2000, here you must agree to our Terms of Use
Agreement.
vi.
This
agreement is a Digital Contract that outlines legally binding conditions, you should
accept them to use the platform and become a "Member." For the
purpose of this agreement, a "Member" is defined as someone who
voluntarily provides information to the platform, whether they use the service
for free or with a paid membership. A "User," on the other hand, is
someone who actively promotes their profile for matchmaking purposes on the
site (“Site”).
vii.
By
using the platform, you agree to be subject to these Terms of Use
("Agreement"). Should you wish to become a Member and promote your
profile to other Members and utilize the Shadi.Today service
("Service"), please review these Terms of Use and proceed with the
registration process.
viii.
By
engaging with the Service, you consent to share your personal information,
including sensitive data like financial details for our paid membership,
identity proofs, contact details etc. for the purpose of collecting,
processing, displaying, and using this information to provide the Service and
to communicate with you through other Members or through all our marriage
bureau associates.
ix.
If
you have any concerns about the collection or processing of your personal data,
we recommend you reconsider twice before registering at our site.
x.
If
you wish to revoke your consent or have issues with the continuous collection
and storage of your personal information, you must stop using our Service and
delete your account by sending an email from your registered email address to Delete@Shadi.Today. We cannot provide you our Services without your personal
identifiable information.
xi.
Shadi.Today
operates as an advertising platform for targeted advertising services,
replacing traditional newspaper / magazine classified ads. The site is
exclusively for individual members to advertise and promote their profiles,
with the aim of finding suitable matches through us or through all our marriage
bureau associates.
xii.
The
platform is a dedicated service for finding a life partner for marriage, and
it's not designed for casual dating at all.
xiii. Registration onto the Shadi.Today website is free. However, we provide Premium Memberships that allow you to enhance your profile on various features of Shadi.Today, including the Premium Service through Interest Wall, Inbox, Search Results, Emails, Chats, SMS and more.
2.
Terms & Condition for Registration
i.
To
become a member of Shadi.Today or to use this platform, you must be legally
capable and of legal marriageable age according to Indian law (currently, 18
years or older for women and 21 years or older for men).
ii.
The
Shadi.Today platform is exclusively designed for facilitating personal ads for
legal marriages between individuals who are legally able to marry under their
local laws. Membership is not allowed for those who are prohibited from doing
so.
iii.
By
using this platform, you agree to ensure you have the legal right, consent,
authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement. provide necessary
information. and that you are not legally barred or prevented by any current
law, any court order, decree, injunction, or any competent authority from
marrying at this time.
iv.
You
also confirm that you are seeking a life partner and will not use this platform
for casual dating purposes at any cost. Additionally, you agree to follow all
the terms and conditions of this agreement and use the platform in compliance
with all relevant laws.
v.
Shadi.Today
believe, in its discretion, that you are ineligible to become a member or have
misrepresented yourself, violated any of the Terms of Use, or breached any
laws, Shadi.Today has the right to immediately revoke your membership and/or
your access to the platform without refunding any unused subscription fees. Our
associates business partners from Marriage Bureau must follow it for Clients
profiles uploaded by them or by their clients.
vi.
By
using this platform, you acknowledge that the match emails or search results
shown to you are based on the partner preference details you provided in your
profile.
vii.
Shadi.Today
has the right to share your information with third parties for any exclusive promotions
or offers available to members. However, we will seek your consent before
sharing any of your data.
3.
For Protection of Your Account
It's
your duty to keep your login details private and safe when you set them during
registration, and you are entirely accountable for everything that happens on
your account. You consent to promptly inform us if your account is shared or
accessed without permission, or if there's any other security violation. Also,
make sure to log out of your account when you're finished using it.
4.
Termination Clause
This
Agreement will remain valid and active as long as you continue to use our
platform.
a)
You are free to
end your membership at any moment, for any reason, by removing your profile
from our platform or by contacting Shadi.Today to do so. If you decide to end
your membership, you will not be eligible for a refund of any fees that have
not been used, unless specifically stated in writing.
b)
Shadi.Today has
the right to revoke your access to our platform and/or your membership for any
reason, ranging from violating our terms of use to using our services for
business purposes, participating in prohibited or inappropriate communication
or activities, by sending a notification to you at your given email address,
you provided during your membership application or any other email address you
may choose to provide to Shadi.Today. If Shadi.Today decide to revoke your
membership due to a violation of this Agreement, you will not be able to
receive a refund for any fees you have already paid.
c)
Some
parts of this Agreement, such as sections 4, 5, 6, 7, and sections 9 to 16,
will continue to be valid even after the agreement ends.
d)
The duration of
your paid membership will depend on the type of membership you choose.
e)
If the company
goes out of business, we will refund 50% of the fees you have not yet used.
f)
Use of the
Platform for Business Purposes.
Use of the Platform for Personal Use.
5.The Site is exclusively designed for the personal use of individual members, serving as a platform for them to advertise and promote their profiles with the objective of attracting relevant matches. It is strictly prohibited to utilize the Site for any commercial purposes, including the provision of links to other websites, regardless of whether they are considered competitive to Shadi.Today or not. Furthermore, organizations, companies, and/or businesses are ineligible to become Members of Shadi.Today and are expressly forbidden from utilizing the Shadi.Today Service or Site for any reason. Any illegal or unauthorized activities on the Site, such as unauthorized framing or linking, will be subject to investigation, and appropriate legal measures will be pursued, which may include civil, criminal, and injunctive relief.
6.
Other Terms
i.
Shadi.Today
reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to review the activity and
status of each account. If it determines that access should be blocked for a
member based on this review, it will do so, with appropriate notice to the
member.
ii.
Shadi.Today
reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to restrict or suspend access
to its website based on the review of the member's activity, status, or any
other criteria deemed appropriate and necessary by Shadi.Today, with
appropriate notice to the member.
iii.
It
is hereby acknowledged that, as of the date of registration, there shall be no
objections to receiving electronic communications, including emails,
SMS/WhatsApp messages, and calls from Shadi.Today and its members, provided you
remain a registered member.
v.
This
consent overrides any previously established preferences or registrations with
the Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/ National Customer Preference Register
(NCPR). This consent also encompasses receiving emails, messages, or calls
related to, but not limited to, phone number verification, the provision of
matchmaking advertising services, matchmaking inquiries, and promotions.
vi.
The
use of multiple profiles by the any individual is prohibited on our website, Shadi.Today reserves the right to deactivate any
existing multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
vii.
However
only our Marriage Bureau associate partners are permitted to create multiple
profiles for their clients as per limits given to them
viii.
It
is confirmed that all content, information, including personal information
provided by you, is accurate and correct. If you are creating a profile on
behalf of a sibling, child, friend or client, you hereby agree to obtain the
necessary permission or consent from the individual whose profile is being
created on Shadi.Today by you. Impersonation is a criminal offense and is
subject to various legal penalties.
ix.
It
is strongly recommended that you submit a copy of your driving license,
passport, or any other government-issued identification documents to add a
trust badge to your profile.
x.
You
are not allowed to use the Service for the purpose of promoting or advertising
your profile for advertise to other members for the purpose of buying or
selling any products or services.
xi.
You
are prohibited from sending out any chain letters or unsolicited emails to
other members of Shadi.Today. Even though Shadi.Today cannot monitor the
actions of its members outside the site, it is also against the rules to use
any information you gather from other members to harass, abuse, or harm
someone, or to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any member without
their explicit permission.
xii.
Shadi.Today
has the authority to take necessary actions to protect itself and its members
from any abuse or misuse as it seems fit as per law.
xiii.
You
agree that you will not use the Services or platforms to harass any member.
xiv.
You
must engage with other members respectfully and courteously.
xv.
You
are not permitted to use any automated tools, including IRC bots, EXE's, CGI,
or any other software or scripts to view content or to communicate, contact,
respond, or interact with Shadi.Today and/or its members.
xvi.
Shadi.Today
has the right to review any communications or advertisements sent by you to
other members and can delete any that are deemed inappropriate or obscene at
any time without notifying the member.
xvii.
Shadi.Today
Members are expected to take basic steps to protect their privacy and safety. A
list of recommended safety measures is provided under the "Be Safe
Online" security tips. By joining as a Member, you agree to read, follow,
and comply with these tips.
7.
Ownership and Rights in Content on Shadi.Today
Shadi.Today
holds and maintains exclusive ownership and rights over the content present on
the Shadi.Today website and service. This content encompasses copyrighted
material, and other proprietary data belonging to Shadi.Today or its licensors.
Any content, except for material available in the public domain, such as member
profiles or content for which user permission has been secured, is strictly
prohibited from being copied, modified, published, transmitted, distributed, performed,
displayed, or sold. Any violation of this clause, or an attempt to do so, will
constitute a breach of this Agreement, resulting in immediate termination of
your membership by Shadi.Today, without the refund of any unused fees.
Shadi.Today retains the authority to pursue legal action, including civil and
criminal proceedings, against any party found in violation of this Agreement.
8.
Content Posting on the Site
A.
It is understood
and agreed that Shadi.Today may remove any listing, content, communication,
photos, or profiles (collectively referred to as "Content") at its
sole discretion if deemed to violate this Agreement or if such content is
offensive, illegal, or could potentially infringe upon the rights, harm, or
threaten the safety of either Shadi.Today and/or its members.
B.
Regarding Content
submitted or made available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the
Site, including but not limited to contact details, you hereby grant
Shadi.Today unconditional and irrevocable consent and license for the use,
storage, distribution, reproduction, preparation of derivative works,
modification, adaptation, public performance, and public display of such
Content on the Site and within the Shadi.Today community sites.
C.
By submitting
your success story, you explicitly authorize Shadi.Today to utilize, publish,
and display your photographs and testimonials on the Site.
D.
It is hereby
acknowledged and agreed upon that all information, data, text, photographs,
graphics, communications, tags, or any other content, whether publicly posted
or privately transmitted, or otherwise made available to Shadi.Today, is the
exclusive responsibility of the individual or entity from which such content
originated. Consequently, the individual or entity will bear all risks and consequences
associated with such content. This implies that the individual or entity
uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting, or otherwise making content
available via the Service is solely accountable for the content they upload. It
is important to note that Shadi.Today does not oversee the content posted via
the Service, and as such, cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality
of such content. We advise all users to independently verify the content or
information posted by other members before engaging with it. Furthermore, it is
explicitly stated that Shadi.Today will not be liable in any manner for any
content, including but not limited to, any errors or omissions in the content,
or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted,
emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service.
E.
Shadi.Today
reserves the authority to verify the authenticity of content posted on the
Site. In the process of exercising this authority, Shadi.Today may request the
provision of documentary evidence or any other form of proof to substantiate
the content posted on the Site. Should the individual fail to provide such
evidence to the satisfaction of Shadi.Today, Shadi.Today may, at its
discretion, terminate the individual's membership without providing a refund.
F.
The following
list serves as an indicative guideline of content that is illegal or prohibited
on the Site. Shadi.Today will investigate and take appropriate legal action
against any individual who violates this Agreement, including, without
limitation, removing the offending content from the Service and terminating the
membership of such individuals without providing a refund. Content that is
illegal or prohibited includes -
i.
Content
that is blatantly offensive to the community, such as content that promotes
racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any group or individual.
ii.
Exhibits
content that contains pornographic or sexually explicit material.
iii.
Endangers
the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly
relations with foreign nations, or public order, or incites the commission of
any cognizable offense, or obstructs the investigation of any offense, or is
insulting to any other nation.
iv.
Offers
content that exploits individuals under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent
manner, or solicits personal information from individuals under 18.
v.
Offers
instructional content on illegal activities, including the manufacture or
purchase of illegal weapons, violation of privacy, or the creation or
distribution of computer viruses.
vi.
Asks
for passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or illegal
purposes from other users. and Conducts commercial activities and/or sales
without our explicit written consent, including contests, sweepstakes, barter,
advertising, and pyramid schemes.
vii.
Engages
in or supports the harassment of another individual.
viii.
Involves
the dissemination of "spam," "chain letters," or
unsolicited bulk mailings.
ix.
Endorses
content that is knowingly false, misleading, or encourages activities that are
abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libellous.
x.
Endorses
the unauthorized duplication of another's copyrighted material, such as
distributing pirated software, providing links to pirated music, or offering
information to bypass copy-protection mechanisms.
xi.
Features
content with restricted or password-protected access, or concealed pages or
images (not accessible from another page).
xii.
Impersonates
another individual.
xiii.
Deceives or
misleads the recipient regarding the origin of such messages or communicates
any information that is grossly offensive or threatening in nature.
6.
It is mandatory to utilize the Shadi.Today Service in a manner that adheres to
all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
7.
Your Member profile cannot display any telephone numbers, street addresses,
URLs, or email addresses that are visible to other members.
8.
Your Communication and Interaction
It
is your responsibility to manage all interactions and communications with other
members of Shadi.Today. Shadi.Today maintains the right, but is not obligated,
to oversee disputes among members. Further, Shadi.Today has the authority to
take necessary measures against members who violate our policies. However,
Shadi.Today is not required to disclose any actions taken against members,
including those who have filed complaints.
9.
Privacy Policy
Your
use of the Shadi.Today Site and/or the Shadi.Today Service is subject to our Privacy
Policy, which is designed to safeguard your privacy.
10.
Disclaimer of Liability
Shadi.Today
expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies or
errors in content or listings on the Site or related to the Shadi.Today
Service, whether they are the result of user actions, member activities, or any
issues with the equipment or software associated with the Service, whether it
is used online or offline.
a. Shadi.Today assumes no liability for
any mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation
or transmission, failures of communication lines, theft, destruction, or
unauthorized access to, or changes in, User and/or Member communications or any
communications from Shadi.Today to its Members.
b. Shadi.Today is not accountable for
any issues or technical issues with telephone networks or lines, online
computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, email or the
issues due to technical problems or internet traffic, including harm or damage
to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or as a
result of the Shadi.Today Service.
c. Shadi.Today will not be held liable
for any losses or damages that occur from the use of the Site or Service and/or
any Content posted on the Shadi.Today Site or sent to Shadi.Today Members. You
should not share your financial details (like credit card or bank account
numbers), or send money through wire transfer, to other Members.
d. The sharing of matchmaking profiles
through or by "Shadi.Today" does not constitute a marriage proposal
or recommendation from/by Shadi.Today. Shadi.Today will not be held responsible
for any harm or damage to any individual that results from, or follows, any
relationships (including but not limited to marriage) established through the
use of the Shadi.Today service.
e. The Site and the Service are
furnished "AS-IS WHERE-IS" and Shadi.Today explicitly disclaims any
warranty of suitability for a specific purpose or of non-infringement. It is
understood that Shadi.Today cannot guarantee or promise any particular outcomes
from the use of the Site and/or the Shadi.Today Service. Users are aware that
Shadi.Today makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the
compatibility with individuals encountered through the Service.
f. Shadi.Today explicitly disclaims any
liability or responsibility, in any manner arising, as a result of any
Content/listing posted on the Site or made available to Shadi.Today by any
Members, users, or third parties.
g. Shadi.Today does not assume any
responsibility or liability for any Content posted on the Site by any Members,
users, or third parties.
h. Shadi.Today shall not be liable to
any user or third party for any Content submitted or made available for
inclusion on the Service, regardless of the nature of the action.
11.
Limitation on Liability
Shadi.Today
shall not be liable to any user or third party for any indirect, consequential,
exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits
resulting from the user's use of the Site or the Shadi.Today Service, even if
Shadi.Today had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Shadi.Today's
liability to any user for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the
action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by the user to
Shadi.Today for the Service during the term of membership.
12.
Copyright Policy
i.
An electronic or
physical signature from the individual authorized to represent the copyright
owner.
ii.
A description of
the copyrighted material that you assert has been infringed upon.
iii.
A description of
the location where the infringing material is situated on the Site.
iv.
Your
contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email
address.
v.
A
formal declaration from you asserting that you genuinely believe the disputed
use does not fall under the authorized rights of the copyright owner, their
agent, or the legal framework.
vi.
It
is prohibited to post, distribute, or reproduce any copyrighted material,
trademarks, or other proprietary information without securing the prior written
consent of the copyright owner.
vii.
A
formal notice of claims for copyright infringement can be submitted to us via
written communication at Our Delhi address, which is accessible under the Help
and Contact section of our website.
viii.
Interactions
with Other Members and Member Disputes.
ix.
Without
limitation to the preceding, should you believe that your intellectual property
has been infringed upon and posted on the Shadi.Today platform in a manner that
constitutes copyright infringement, kindly provide the following information.
x. A formal declaration, under the penalty of perjury, affirming the accuracy of the aforementioned information in your Notice and your status as the copyright owner or as an authorized representative of the copyright owner.
13.
Jurisdiction
Should
any dispute arise concerning the Site and/or the Service, as a result of using
the Site, it is unconditionally agreed that all such disputes and differences
will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in New Delhi, India.
14.
Indemnity
You
hereby agree to fully indemnify and protect Shadi.Today, its subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, agents, as well as other partners and employees, from any
loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees. This
indemnity extends to any third party arising from your utilization of the
Service in violation of this Agreement and/or breach of the Terms of Use, as
well as any misrepresentations and warranties provided, or any fraudulent
activities on your part.
Other
Terms
15.By
subscribing to the services of Shadi.Today, you consent to receive specific
emails from Shadi.Today and/or its affiliated sites. Please note that you have
the option to unsubscribe from these emails at
any time, conveniently and effortlessly, by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in the email. Additionally,
you may manage your email subscriptions through the My Alert Manager feature.
16.
By accepting this Agreement upon using the Site and further reaffirming your
commitment by becoming a Member of the Shadi.Today service, you acknowledge
that this Agreement encompasses the entirety of the agreement between you and
Shadi.Today regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. Should any
provision of this Agreement be deemed invalid, the remainder of this Agreement
shall remain in full force and effect.
17.
By subscribing to Shadi.Today and/or utilizing the Services of the Site, you
unconditionally and irrevocably confirm your understanding and agreement to
abide by the provisions outlined above. If you are not agreeing with any of
these terms and conditions, we kindly request that you refrain from registering
on the Site.
18.
It is important to note that Shadi.Today and Shani Peeth Temple Matrimonial
Services are wholly owned by M/s Lord Shani Dev, 16/24, Lower Ground Floor,
East Patel Nagar, New Delhi – 110008 INDIA.
This
Agreement is an electronic document in accordance with the Information
Technology Act, 2000 and its associated Rules pertaining to electronic records.
Please be aware that this electronic record is generated by a computer system
and does not necessitate any physical or digital signatures.
